Crowned by God processes your personal data because you use my services and/or because you voluntarily provide this information to me.
Depending on your interaction with my website, Patreon, newsletter or services, I may process the following personal data:
- First and last name

- Contact details

- Other personal data you voluntarily provide through forms, correspondence, or membership platforms.
I do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. If such data is voluntarily shared with me in the context of providing a requested service, it is handled with strict confidentiality.

I process your personal data for the following purposes:

4. Who I share it with

- Patreon – for managing memberships and delivering content. I only receive the personal data necessary for your membership (name, username, email, membership tier). Patreon handles payments directly; I do not see or store full payment details.
- Mailchimp – for sending newsletters and email updates. Mailchimp stores and processes your email address and subscription preferences on my behalf.
- Mollie – for processing payments for products or services. I receive only the information necessary to complete transactions and comply with legal obligations; Mollie handles the actual payment processing securely.
I do not sell or otherwise share your personal data with any other parties.

When you subscribe to my newsletter via personal contact with me (like a Whatsapp chat message), I record and store your consent to receive emails. This consent is stored securely (for example, as a screenshot in Google Drive) to demonstrate that it was given. Your email address and subscription preferences are processed solely for sending newsletters and are not shared with other parties except for Mailchimp, my newsletter provider.
5. How long I keep it
I do not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.
I apply the following retention periods for personal data:
- Customer and contact data (such as name, email address, and correspondence):
Retained for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is legally required. - Account or membership data (for example via platforms such as Patreon):
Retained for as long as the membership is active. After termination, data is retained in accordance with the retention policies of the relevant platform. - Payment and invoice data:
Retained for 7 years, in accordance with Dutch tax and administrative obligations. - Website usage and analytics data:
Retained for up to 26 months, after which it is anonymized or deleted. - Sensitive personal data is retained only as long as strictly necessary to provide the requested service and deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
- Legal and compliance data:
Retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
