2. Shipping
Processing time
Because each art print is produced on demand, orders are handled with care and attention to quality. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. During busier periods, additional processing time may be needed.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at webstore checkout based on your delivery location.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. After your art print has been shipped you will receive track & trace data via email so that you can trace the status of your delivery. I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or other external factors.
Customs & import duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer.
3. Returns & exchanges
Because each art print is produced specifically for your order, returns are limited.
Change of mind / ordering errors
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Incorrect size or variant chosen by the buyer
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or defective art prints
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Include in your message:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- And, if you can, clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective art print(s).
I will then arrange for a replacement or refund.
Original artworks that are commissioned and hence custom-made or created uniquely for the Customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that custom or personalized items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged once the agreement has been concluded.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The shipment is confirmed lost in transit
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
5. Lost shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Please allow the full delivery window to pass
- Contact hello@ankehans.com with your order number
I will then initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect address information
As a buyer, you are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
7. Artwork & presentation
All art prints are produced and packaged with care.
Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. Such variations are not considered defects.
